ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT FOR COMPUTER-AIDED SEMI-AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION OF GLASS FIBER SIZINGS

The computer-aided production allows the manufacturing of batches in a shorter time and with higher quality (low fluctuations in pH value and solid content) and avoids problems by confusing of sizing materials by means of security installations (with barcode scanner connected hand scale, water meter, automatic scale), as well as level controls in mixing vessels and storage tanks. Heavy physical work is avoided by using dispersion storage tanks and automatic pumps and scale, all connected to the central electronic control and real-time monitoring.

The whole sizing production system consist of as it were two parts – the control part and the mechanical part. Both parts are interlaced together, whereby both parts are to see as one unit and both parts cannot act alone without the other part.
